Live mode is the full Kabal AI experience. The same agents that run in Paper and Replay mode trade real Solana capital from your connected Phantom wallet. Every agent verdict triggers an on-chain transaction — your balance, your risk, your PnL.
Live mode uses real funds from your Phantom wallet. Each trade the agents execute spends actual SOL. Only connect in Live mode if you understand and accept this risk. Start with Replay or Paper to learn how the agents behave before committing real capital.

Unlocking Live mode

Live mode is gated behind level 12. The mode picker at / shows the Live card as locked until you reach that level, along with a counter showing how many levels remain. You earn XP in both Paper and Replay mode, so you can progress toward level 12 without spending any capital.
The Live card in the mode picker currently shows a Coming Soon ribbon. It will become fully interactive once the feature launches.

Connecting your wallet

Reach level 12

Earn enough XP through Paper and Replay sessions to reach level 12. The Live mode card will automatically unlock in the mode picker.

Open the mode picker

Navigate to / and select the Live card. The launch panel for Live mode appears.

Connect Phantom

Follow the wallet connection prompt. Each agent trade in Live mode requires a Phantom signature — the agents do not execute without your wallet being connected.

Enter the dashboard

Once connected, you’re routed into the live dashboard. The agents begin hunting using your on-chain capital.

How agent trades work

In Live mode, every kabal-deploy event means an agent is entering a real position with your funds. When the agent issues a close (kabal-trade-close), the on-chain transaction settles and the result is reflected in your actual wallet balance. There is no simulation layer — the trades are real.

Copilot mode

If you want a layer of control before trades execute, enable Copilot mode. This feature unlocks at level 4 and adds a confirmation step to each agent trade decision, giving you the chance to approve or reject the trade before it goes on-chain.
Agents execute trades automatically as soon as they reach a verdict. No confirmation is required from you. This is the standard Live mode experience.
Copilot mode is useful when you’re learning Live mode or trading with a larger position size. You can toggle it off once you’re confident in the agents’ decision-making.

XP in Live mode

Live mode awards the same XP as Paper and Replay:
  • +12 XP on a winning trade close.
  • +3 XP on a losing trade close.
KR drops follow the same mechanics as the other modes.
