Before a single trade fires, four agents are already listening. Oracle reads narrative shifts before they reach a chart. Whisper follows whale wallets across hops. Scribe cross-references your current setup against every historical cycle. Signal monitors social platforms for polarity and velocity. Together they form the Listening Room — and their verdicts determine which trades your Pit traders are even allowed to take.
The Research zone unlocks fully at level 1. Once unlocked, all four agents cycle verdicts automatically — you do not need to do anything to activate them.

How verdicts work

Every 8–14 seconds, one of the four research agents issues a new verdict. The verdict is displayed on their card in the Listening Room and simultaneously dispatches a kabal-research-verdict event. The BeeOverlay catches this event and animates a bee flying from the Research zone across the dashboard toward the Kolosseum Pit. When the bee lands (~1.5 seconds), the Pit engine processes the verdict:
  • Accepted (80% of verdicts): A ready trader deploys from the Kamp yard into the Pit and begins hunting the signaled token.
  • Rejected (20% of verdicts): The signal fizzles. No trader deploys. The next verdict cycle begins.
A pulsing dot on an agent’s card means their verdict just fired and is fresh. It stays lit for 6 seconds before fading.

Research agents

Role: Insider tracking Color accent: Green #22C55EWhisper tracks what smart money does quietly. He follows whale wallet movements across multiple hops, identifies sniper clusters at entries, and flags when a dev wallet rotates or bridge volume spikes from an obscured origin. He does not speculate — he observes, and reports only what he can trace.Example verdicts:
  • “Whale moved. Three hops. Quiet about it.”
  • “Sniper cluster on entry. Coordinated.”
  • “Smart money entered $XYZ. Position size: heavy.”
  • “Dev wallet rotated. Watching.”
  • “Bridge volume spiked. Origin obscured.”
What his verdict tells you: A Whisper signal means institutional or coordinated money is already in motion. The signal may precede a public pump or signal a sophisticated entry point. Not all Whisper verdicts lead to accepted trades — the Pit engine still applies its 80/20 filter.
Role: Archived patterns Color accent: Gold #C4A24EScribe holds every cycle on record. When a current setup matches a historical formation, she pulls the page from the archive and reports the outcome — win rate, typical time horizon, any known divergences. She is the only agent in the Listening Room who works with numbers rather than observations.Example verdicts:
  • “This setup matched 12 cycles ago. Win rate: 67%.”
  • “Page 47 of the ledger — same shape.”
  • “Cross-referenced. Outcome historically: +24% / 6h.”
  • “The scrolls warned of this divergence.”
  • “Recording anomaly. Significant.”
What her verdict tells you: Scribe verdicts give you a statistical anchor. A 67% win rate on a matched pattern is meaningful context, not a guarantee. When Scribe fires and the verdict is accepted, the deploying trader is working with historical probability on their side.
Role: Socials sentiment Color accent: Cyan #06B6D4Signal watches X (Twitter), Telegram, and cross-platform activity in real time. He tracks mention velocity, polarity shifts, KOL chatter, and narrative cluster formation. His card is the only one that displays a live polarity bar — a visual gauge running from bearish (red, left of center) to bullish (green, right of center).Example verdicts:
  • “X mentions +312% in 30min. Polarity: +0.78.”
  • “KOL chatter spike on $XYZ. Sentiment: bullish.”
  • “Telegram velocity: rising. Polarity flipping +.”
  • “New narrative cluster forming. Tag: ‘memetic’.”
  • “Cross-platform alignment detected. High conviction.”
Reading the polarity bar: The bar is centered at zero. The filled segment moves left for negative polarity and right for positive. Polarity values above +0.2 are bullish (green); below -0.2 are bearish (red); between -0.2 and +0.2 are neutral (purple). The velocity number (e.g., 312/30m) shows mention count in the last 30 minutes. What his verdict tells you: A high-velocity, high-polarity Signal reading means social momentum is building fast. These signals tend to correlate with Ash’s momentum scalping style — fast entries during the pump phase.

Reading the Listening Room

When you open the Research zone, you see all four agent cards simultaneously. Each card shows the agent’s current verdict text. A pulsing colored dot in the top-right corner of a card means that agent just fired a fresh verdict and a bee is in flight toward the Pit. You do not need to take any action in the Research zone. It runs autonomously. Your role is to observe which agents are most active and match their signal types to the traders currently available in the Pit.
If you see a Whisper verdict fire and then watch Reaver deploy moments later in the Pit, you are seeing the full pipeline in action: insider signal → bee animation → patient hunter deploys on the quality setup.

The bee animation

Every verdict — accepted or rejected — triggers the bee animation. A bee sprite flies from the Research zone toward the Kolosseum Pit. When the bee lands, the Pit engine processes the verdict: if accepted, a trader deploys; if rejected, the cycle restarts with no trade. The bee’s journey is always visible, so you can watch the signal travel even on rejected verdicts.
