The Kolosseum Pit is where research signals become real trades. Four traders rotate through it — Reaver, Ash, Ravage, and Myth — each deploying only when a research verdict is accepted and they are ready in the yard. A fifth figure is always there: Sentinel, the permanent watcher who guards but never hunts. Each trader has a primary stat that defines their edge, a KR drop affinity that skews what rarity of Kredit you earn on their wins, and a backstory that explains why they trade the way they do.
Traders only appear in the Pit while actively hunting. Between trades they return to the Kamp yard (or rest inside Kamp). If the Pit shows only Sentinel, no trader is currently deployed — the next signal is on its way within 7–12 seconds.

Pit agents

Archetype: The Shadow Ranger Primary stat: VISION KR drop affinity: Rare +4
“Patience kills more than speed.”
Reaver hunts from the shadow — bow drawn, arrows tipped with poison, smoke, or explosives. He doesn’t rush. He waits for the breakout, the resistance break, the smart money entry. When he releases, every arrow finds its mark. How his affinity works: Reaver’s +4 weight bonus to the rare rarity tier means his trades are more likely to drop rare Kredits than common ones. The base rare weight is 8; Reaver pushes it to 12. He is the patient hunter who cashes in on quality setups rather than grinding volume.

Archetype: The Fire Rogue Primary stat: SPEED KR drop affinity: Common +6
“The flame burns fast. So do I.”
Ash is fire incarnate — an assassin who can transform into pure flame. He hunts tokens in pump phase, striking when momentum explodes. Fast in, faster out. The jungle rewards those who don’t hesitate. How his affinity works: Ash’s +6 weight bonus to the common rarity tier pushes his common drop weight from 90 to 96. He is a scalper — lots of small, frequent drops rather than rare big swings. If you want a steady drip of Kredits, Ash is your agent.

Base common weight90 → 96 (with affinity)
Trade styleMomentum scalping, pump phase entries
Archetype: The Berserker Primary stat: ENDURANCE KR drop affinity: Mythic +0.4
“TIME TO HUNT.”
Last survivor of Clan Ravengreen — a goblin berserker fueled by toxic rage. The more volume explodes, the harder he rages. His poison lance and green fire consume everything in his path. How his affinity works: Ravage’s +0.4 weight bonus to the mythic rarity tier is the smallest additive boost, but it targets the rarest tier in the game. Base mythic weight is 0.2; Ravage triples it to 0.6. He is the berserker who swings for the fences — most of his drops will still be common or rare, but when the mythic hits, it hits hard.

Trade styleHigh-volume explosive entries
Archetype: The Cosmic Scholar Primary stat: INSIGHT KR drop affinity: Epic +1.2
“Every token tells a story. I read the ones worth reading.”
Sahvael — last survivor of the Forgotten Library — walks between worlds, part human, part galaxy. His skin pulses with constellations, his Living Grimoire watches with its own eye. When culture moves markets, Myth is already there. How his affinity works: Myth’s +1.2 weight bonus to the epic tier pushes his epic weight from 1.8 to 3.0 — nearly doubling the baseline. The cosmic scholar reads the right tape and finds the kind of setup that produces epic-tier Kredit drops at above-average frequency.Zone note: Myth lives in Kamp between deployments — studying in one of the six rooms. When a research signal fires and he is ready in the yard, he enters the Pit. After the trade, he returns to Kamp.

Archetype: The Sentinel Primary stat: WISDOM KR drop affinity: None (does not trade)
“Hold, brothers. The storm is not over.”
Sentinel does not hunt. Sentinel watches. From the highest tree of the jungle, his eyes never close. He sees the storm before the wind rises. He hears the snake before it strikes. When Sentinel speaks, the others listen. How he works in the Pit: Sentinel is always positioned at the left watchtower of the Kolosseum — before the first trade fires and after the last one closes. He is not tracked in the agent activity system and does not move between zones. While other traders cycle in and out, Sentinel’s green “always on watch” indicator never goes dark.On significant trades — when a position swings ±25% or more — Sentinel may fire a beam toward the active trader: a revenge beam on big wins, a cooldown beam on heavy losses. You will see this as a visual pulse in the Pit.Because Sentinel never executes trades, he has no KR drop affinity and cannot generate Kredit drops.

KR affinity at a glance

When a trader wins a trade, the engine rolls for a Kredit drop. The base rarity weights before affinity are: common 90, rare 8, epic 1.8, mythic 0.2. Each trader’s affinity is added to their favored rarity tier before the roll.
AgentAffinity bonusEffect
ReaverRare +4Quality setups, above-average rare drops
AshCommon +6Scalper cadence, frequent small drops
RavageMythic +0.4Rare chance at the highest tier
MythEpic +1.2Narrative reader, strong epic frequency
SentinelDoes not trade; no drops
The pity system guarantees a Kredit drop after 25 consecutive non-drops, regardless of which trader is active. No matter how dry a run feels, a drop is always coming.
